If defects are identified, we immediately notify you with a high-resolution photographic report. We then manage the return or exchange process directly with the factory to ensure only 100% qualified items reach your customers.
Global Logistics
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) means we handle the entire process including export, international transit, and customs clearance (taxes/duties). Your goods are delivered straight to their destination with no hidden costs for the receiver.
Absolutely. We provide specialized palletizing, wooden crating, and extra padding to ensure fragile items arrive safely. Our network is capable of handling oversized machinery, heavy cargo, and sensitive electronics.
